Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd (www.mcl.gov.in) Recruitment 2012-2013

Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd (MCL), is a public sector undertaking and a subsidiary of the Maharatna status having enterprise Coal India Ltd. It spreads its coal mining business across the state of Odisha (in Hindi ओडिशा formerly Orissa-उड़ीसा).

MCL requires Accountant T&S (लेखाकार) in the Grade ‘A’ posts in the basic pay scale of Rs 22149/- MCL has 29 vacancies for the above job in which 04, 02 and 07 posts are reserved for SC/ ST/ OBC. Remaining 16 vacancies are unreserved or for the general category. This vacancy is tentative and it may vary at later time.

The eligibility criterions are as follows-

• Applicants should have passed the intermediate examination of ICWA/ CA from a recognized institution as essential qualification.
• Aspirants of the MCL must be between 18 to 30 years age group as on 1^st Oct 2012. SC, ST, OBC, PH can take the advantage of the age relaxation by 5 years (for SC/ST), 3 years (for OBC), and 10 years (for PH). Age relaxation for the Ex SM will be as per rules and regulations of the Government of India.

Note: Only those candidates will be considered physically handicapped (PH), whose disability is 40% or more than it.
