Hindustan Aeronautics Limited abbreviated as HAL is a central Public Sector Undertaking, Navratna Status Company, and a premier Aeronautical industry of south-east Asia. HAL requires Management Trainee in Technical, Integrated Materials Management, Finance and Human Resources (HR). HAL will appoint the candidates for this post on the basis of written examination followed by GD/ Personal Interview.

Pay Scale-

All the selected candidates will undergo a one year training program. At that duration candidates will be paid the basic scale and other allowances. After successfully completion of the training they will absorb the basic pay scale of Rs. 16,400-40,500/- plus other allowances as per HAL norms. Total annual CTC will be Rs 6 to 6.5 Lakhs per annum.

Qualification and Eligibility:

For MT-Technical

Essential qualification for the technical discipline is Bachelor in Engineering (BE) or Bachelor in Technology (B. Tech) in the following branches-

AMAeSI course from the Aeronautical Society of India, New Delhi under Aeronautical discipline, Grad IIIE course from Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai under Production discipline & AMIIM course from the Indian Institute of Metals, Kolkata under Metallurgy discipline would also be eligible.

Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for the candidates going to apply for the Management Trainee is 28 years as on 1^st Oct 2012. Age relaxation for the SC/ST is up to 5 years and for OBC it is up to 3 years. For other categories under the age relaxation scheme according to government of India are also eligible as per rules.

Application Fee for Examination:

Application Fee is Rs 400/- for the General and OBC category candidates. Schedule Tribes, Schedule Castes and Persons with disability are exempted from the payment of the examination fees. Application fee can be submitted through State Bank of India Pay-in-Slip (Bank Challan).

HAL requires Deputy Manager (DM) Grade-III and Engineer Grade-II/ III in the fields of Information Technology (I.T.), CNC maintenance, Safety and Environment.
