Federal Bank Recruitment for PO and Clerk through IBPS CWE 2011-2012

Federal Bank, a leading Private sector bank in India was established in pre-independence era named as Travancore Federal bank, which changed completely to Federal Bank has released an opportunistic advertisement for the candidates seeking their career in Banking Sector. Federal Bank released this notification for the recruitment of Probationary Officer (PO) and Clerks. These vacancies will be filled through the Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for Probationary Officers/ Management Trainee and Clerk. The numbers of vacancies are not disclosed yet.

Scale of Pay:

1-     For PO Rs 14500-25700/-

2-     For Clerk Rs 7200-19300/-

All the allowances i.e. dearness allowances, home allowances etc are paid as per rules

Probation Period:

All the selected candidates will be on probation for the period of six months for Clerks and two years for PO.

Place of Posting:

All selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India or abroad depending on the requirements in the bank.

Age limit:

For the post of clerk applicant should not attain 24 years and for the post of Probationary Officer (PO) they should not attain 26 years as on Nov 01, 2011. www.jobnewsworld.com

Educational Qualification:

Graduation degree from any reputed and recognized university from the Government of India.

IBPS Score:

             All the candidates must have passed in IBPS CWE for Clerk and PO/MT and have a valid score card issued by IBPS

Domicile:

For Clerk Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Odisha, Assam, Nagaland, Tripura, Mizoram or in any of the districts viz. Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Wynad, Kozhikode, Kannur & Kasaragode of Kerala state

For PO Kerala State

Selection process will be consisting of personnel interview.

Rs 200/- for General and Rs 50/- for SC/ST in the form of Challan made by any branches of Federal Bank but if branches are not available in city then use NEFT payment system
