BSF recruitment 2012 for Inspector and Sub Inspector for Engineers

Directorate General Border Security Force (BSF), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, has issued a Notification for the Indian citizens for giving up an opportunity to join Border Security Force (BSF) in the Group B cadre. The vacant posts are Inspector and Sub Inspector (SI) Rank. The candidates should be from Engineering discipline, because the posts are for the serving on Engineering Field.

Inspector (Architect)

No of Vacancy: 07 (Gen-4, SC-1, OBC-2),

Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800/- + GP Rs. 4600/-,

Age : 20-25 years

Sub-Inspector (Civil)

No of Vacancy: 183 (Gen-95, SC-24, ST-12, OBC-52),

Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800/- + GP Rs. 4200/-,

Age : 18-25 years

Sub-Inspector (Electrical)

No of Vacancy: 50 (Gen-34, SC-06, ST-03, OBC-07),

Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800/- + GP Rs. 4200/-,

Age : 18-25 years

Application Fee : Rs. 50/- for Gen/OBC candidates as the examination fee in favour of  DDO

HQ DG BSF payable at SBI Service Branch New Delhi code No.7687.

*No fees for SC/ST candidates
