Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Limited (OHPCL), a Public Sector Undertaking under the Odisha Government, is going to giving an opportunity for the young, brilliant fresh students for making their career in a PSU as Graduate Engineer Trainee(GET), Management Trainee (MT) and Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) in the disciplines of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, HRD & Finance. OHPC is a Gold rated enterprise of that state. All the selected candidates will have to undergo a training of 1 year. During training all the employees will be eligible for the monthly Stipend. After successfully completion of the training GETs and MTs will be placed as a post of Assistant Manager and DETs will be Junior manager.

Degree in any discipline with ACA/AICWA/MBA(Finance) from XLRI, IIMS or XIMB for candidates belonging to General and SEBC category. For candidates belonging to SC & ST category, the minimum qualification is Degree in any discipline with MBA(Finance) from a University or Institution of repute
Diploma Engineer Trainee(DET)

Stipend: Rs 12000/- pm during Training Period of 1 year
Pay Scale (After Training): Rs 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-+ Other Allowances
Post after Training: Junior Manager (JM)
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics/ Civil Engineering
