Bharat Petroleum Corporation of India (BPCL) is a Government of India Undertaking, Navratna status and in the list of Fortune 500 Companies. This Public Sector Company is working in the fields of Refining, Marketing and Distribution of Petroleum products. 

Recruitment agency of BPCL organizes the recruitment process each year for the appointment of employees in its various divisions, departments and refineries. In the year 2013, BPCL has announced to fill the vacancies of Management Trainees. 

For this purpose BPCL has issued a short notification to recruit the Graduate Engineers as Management Trainee/ Executive Trainee (ET) in the disciplines of Mechanical Engineering. This recruitment is conducted by BPCL with the help of ‘Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineers (GATE-2014)’.  

BPCL and some other PSUs like NTPC, BHEL, PGCIL and IOCL, HPCL, GAIL has already test it for the session 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 through GATE-2013 an 14, this year too, BPCL is going to fill and appoint the Graduate Engineers Trainee (GET) through GATE-2014 score card and then group discussion and Personal Interview.

Management Trainees in the Mechanical Engineering profession will absorb Rs 24900-50500/-pm as salary. Other incentives and allowances are also applicable as it is a group ‘A’ post. Candidates must be in the maximum age group of 25 years.

Interested candidates are requested to appear for GATE-2014, without which you can’t participate in the recruitment process of NTPC and some other PSUs.
