SSA Delhi Recruitment of Urdu Teachers under UEE Mission 2012-13

Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Trained Graduate Teachers (Urdu) Vacancy

Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) is one of the largest missions administered by central government of India. The motto of the missions is Sab Padhe, Sab Badhe under the Right to Education Act (Shiksha ka Adhikar Adhiniyam). Under the ‘Universal Elementary Education mission’ SSA Delhi requires Urdu Teachers. The engagement of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) is on contract basis.

Directorate of Education, GNCT Delhi has announced that it will recruit 100 TGT in Urdu under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan scheme. Urdu teachers will be posted in the seven district of New Delhi i.e. East, North East, North West, South West, West, South, and Central.

Vacancy distribution is as follows-

East-16,                                                North East-38,

North West-15 (A-12 and B-03),              South West B-04,

West B-05,                                            South-20,

Central-02

The selected TGTs will be paid consolidated Rs 15000/- pm as salary. Age limit for the male candidates must not be more than 30 years and for female candidates’ maximum 40 years as on the closing date of the application form. Age relaxation is also admissible as per government rules.

Selection for the above posts is made by preparing merit list on the basis of academic performance.
