India Post has divided its network in various regions. Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana Posts (मध्य प्रदेश, पंजाब, हरियाणा डाक विभाग) are one of such regions.

(1) Madhya Pradesh Postal Region
Madhya Pradesh Postal Department has issued a recruitment notification for the posts of Postal Assistant / Sorting Assistants / Postal Assistants, Returned Letter Office/ Postal Assistants, Mail Motor Service and Postal Assistants, Saving bank Control Organization (i.e. बचत बैंक नियंत्रण संगठन). Educational Qualification- Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC i.e. 12th (10+2) pattern)
Exam Pattern and Syllabus- All the applicants have to undergo a written test of 100 marks. The time will be of 2 hr. There will NOT be any negative marking. After this exam a typing test and data entry test will be conducted which duration will be of 30 minutes.
