Reliance Group Security Services (RGSS), one of the Reliance Group Companies, established for the purpose to provide security services to all the RIL group companies, which are working in various fields like oil and gas, refining, petrochemicals, polyester, polymers, intermediates, textiles, life sciences & retail etc. RGSS has divided in the branches of operations; Vigilance; Security Technology and Engineering etc.

RGSS requires Probationary Security Executives (PSEs) in its various departments. Eligible candidates who wish to join and to be a part of one of the fastest growing security services can apply online. 

Further details are as follows-

Name of the Post- Security Executive

Pay Scale (Annum Package/ Annual CTC): Rs 4.50 Lakh (initial stipend of Rs 31000/-per month)

Age: 20- 26 years as on Oct 01, 2012

Height: Minimum 170 cm for Male and 165 cm for female candidates

Qualification: Graduation degree in any discipline

And

Passed in National Cadet Core NCC- ‘C’ Certificate

What will be the Selection Process for PSE in RIL:

i)              Firstly candidates will be short listed on the basis of their resume (Application form)

ii)             Each shortlisted candidates have to go through Mental Ability Test (MAT) which consists of Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, General English & Computer Awareness based questions.

iii)            All those applicants passed in the MAT will attend Physical Tests on one of the days between 04th Oct 2012 to 9th Oct 2012 at Lodhivali, Raigad Distt, Maharashtra. Before Physical Tests, the document verification and physical measurement will take place and only the candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria of Age, Educational Qualification, NCC and Height will be made to undergo Physical Tests. The Physical Tests will consist of following events:

·         100 Mtr. Sprint

·         800 Mtr. Run

·         Long Jump

·         High Jump

·         Shot put

iv)            All the successful candidates in the above process will go through Group Discussion GD, and who passed it to have to go through Personal Interview and Psychometric Test.

Final Selection will be on the basis of above last point.
