Institute of Banking Personnel Selection popularly known as IBPS has declared the result of Common Written Examination (CWE) 2011-2012 for Clerical Cadre. The CWE was organized by IBPS for the post of Clerk in 19 Public Sector Banks in November 2011. It is estimated that there were 4,000,000 (40 Lakh) applicants/ candidates applied for the Common written test for Clerk in these banks. IBPS scheduled this test on 27 November 2011, 4 December 2011, and 11 December 2011 and 2 slots in a day for this huge number of crowd.
Following 19 Banks, which are Government of India Enterprise, are recruiting Clerks through IBPS-

4. Indian Bank
5. Bank of Baroda(BoB)
6. Punjab and Sind Bank
7. Oriental Bank of Commerce
8. Uco Bank
9. Central Bank of India
10. United Bank of India

12. Canara Bank
13. Corporation Bank
14. Indian Overseas Bank
15. Syndicate Bank
16. Union Bank
17. Vijaya bank
18. Allahabad Bank
19. Andhra Bank
