Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is one of the Navaratna Status Company of Government of India and one of the fastest growing public sector undertaking (PSU) in the field of petroleum and energy sector in India. Its head office is located at 17, Jamshedji Tata Road, Mumbai – 400020.

HPCL has issued an advertisement to recruit the Graduate Engineers as Management Trainee/ Executive Trainee (ET) in the disciplines of Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical/ Electronics and Communication/ Instrumentation Engineering. This recruitment is conducted by HPCL with the help of ‘Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineers (GATE-2013)’.  

HPCL and some other PSUs like BPCL, NTPC, BHEL and IOCL, GAIL, PGCIL has already test it for the session 2012-2013 through GATE-2012 and 13, this year too, HPCL is going to fill and appoint the Graduate Engineers Trainee (GET) through GATE-2014 score card and then group discussion and Personal Interview. 

In HPCL total - vacant posts of MTs are filled through GATE 2014. Management Trainees in the Engineering profession will be able to get Rs 24900-50500/-pm as salary (approximately Rs 33000/-pm). Other incentives and allowances are also applicable as it is a group ‘A’ post. Candidates must be in the maximum age group of 25 years as on -.

Interested candidates are requested to appear for GATE-2014, without which you can’t participate in the recruitment process of HPCL and some other PSUs.
